Yes! We want you to be very happy with your product. Should you not be satisfied with the unit upon arrival, you have up to 7 days to request a return and refund. All we ask is that you return the unit to SciVision in Copenhagen in the new condition in which you received it. Upon receiving the unit in new and working condition, SciVision will action the refund.
